HEATING CHAMBER
	A moveable sintering heating chamber heated by a gas burner having modulating control (Heating by oil, Electricity & duel Fuel burner on request).
	Due to unique design of heating chamber fast heat transfer is possible due to high velocity re circulation fans and air quidance.
	Short heating time and very low fuel consumption.
	Heating Chamber doors operated by electric motor.
	Fail safe Burner Control.
	Pneumatic door Clamp.
COOLING CHAMBER Aluminum Cooling Chamber with Stainless Steel pan (Water Collection Tray). Automatic timed cooling cycle utilising forced air, High volume-Cooling fans, air & water mist and water spray. Motorised door on Cooling Chamber. High Efficiency cooling chamber exhaust fan. Equipped with monoblock pump for water spray.
CONTROL Control to provide Jog positioning of arm and plate in Load/ Unload station. Variable speed A.C. Drives (Frequency Converter) for all the arms and plate drives & Indexing motor drives. Auto reversal facility of Arm & Plate drives with timers for both director. Timers for Programmable cooling to sat air cooling. Air & Water Mist Cooling & Water Spray Time. Separate Temperature Controllers for each arm. Equipped with Required interlocking, Safety & Alarming devices.
